Micah Bridges
Owner

I'm 37 years old, a father, husband, soccer coach and employer to 5 great people and looking to expand. I always loved to tinker with my hands and tools as a young teenager and that passion continues today. I opened my business in 2008 because I wanted to go to flight school but couldn't afford it. I knew the only way I could possibly afford flight school was to build projects for homeowners. I chose outdoor construction as my niche. I fell in love with it. I believe it is that love that keeps people coming back year after year. I finished flight school in Troutdale in 2011 and became a flight instructor for the local flight school. Once I gained enough hours I moved on to the Grand Canyon where I was a line pilot flying tours for a couple years. I kept my business small throughout the flying career. I then decided to grow my business with some key employees and we are doing excellent. Stellar Construction now does home additions, interior remodels such as kitchens and baths, flooring, doors and windows, siding and even outdoor kitchens. Ryan Morter

Field Supervisor - Lead Builder - Father
Ryan has over 19 years of building experience and started as a laborer in 1999 as a framer/helper. He enjoys being apart of the building industry and continues to gain knowledge in all areas of construction.  

Taylor Hoagland

Lead Carpenter - Deck Builder
Taylor has an extensive background in concrete and building skate parks throughout the U.S.. He landed here in portland in 2017 and I was lucky enough to hire him on as a helper. He quickly moved his way up and wanted to take on the lead carpenter position. I have been extremely happy with his work ethic and dedication.

James Parker

Lead Carpenter - Fence Lead - Deck Builder
James has just over 4 years in the industry and continues to grow everyday. He started out as a helper knowing very little about building and has excelled rapidly. He has been with Stellar for 4 years now and has his own work van and helper. Jimmy loves to build.

Austin Wietzel

Lead Carpenter
Austin did a working interview with me and passed with flying colors. He wishes to excel in this industry and has dreams of building his own house someday.

Craig Wilson

Laborer
Craig is new to the Portland area and is very happy to be working for a small company who is taking the time to teach him how to build out our various projects.
